He spent first 11 years in Thrivent’s corporate office in Minneapolis managing the brokerage operations department and various customer service areas. Then, in 2002, he helped create and oversaw the Financial Consulting Group which represents Thrivent’s top 5% of financial advisors. In 2005, Dave joined the Pacific Southwest Region of Thrivent Financial as a regional partner where he now is responsible for the growth and development of the San Diego area.Dave is also an active member in GAMA International serving on the Professional Development Committee from 2005-2015 and is currently a Trustee on the GAMA Foundation Board serving as the Research Chair.

Brad joined Northwestern in 1990 as a college intern while attending the University of Evansville on a cross country scholarship. In 1992, Brad finished his senior year as the number two intern in the nation with Northwestern.Since being appointed as Managing Partner, Brad has received the GAMA Master Agency Award every year and is a GAMA Foundation Diamond Member and serves on the GAMA Foundation’s Board of Trustees. He is a member of AALU – Association of Advanced Life Underwriters and a Diamond Member of NAIFA – National Association Insurance Financial Advisors Political Action Committee.
Travis is a Founder and also Managing Partner of 49 Financial in Austin, Texas. Travis works with individuals and business owners to help them define their financial goals and provide strategies, products and services to help them work toward their objectives. Travis has been in the top three highest producers for 2013,2014, and 2015 for the developing sales force (DSF) on the national level within AXA.He was honored as the top manager in all of Texas in 2015 as well as the fourth highest ranking manager throughout the United States.
Ronald J. Adams, MASCL
A results driven executive inspiring leadership excellence through leadership development, executive and personal coaching, training, mentoring, and motivational speaking. Ron currently serves as an Assistant Director, Leadership Development- Diversity and Inclusion with Northwestern Mutual, responsible for developing strategies, best practices, content and programs that align with strategic priorities and Network Office engagement processes. Ron joined Northwestern Mutual in January 2015 after a 26 year military career where he served in many roles including the Wisconsin National Guard’s diversity officer, equal employment manager, human resources’ branch chief, operations officer, and completed two successful company commands. He is currently the public affairs officer for the 32nd infantry brigade combat team.
Travis Hart is a Managing Partner with Pacific Advisors. Travis oversees Career Distribution including attracting new talent and the strategic direction of the firm’s field force and management team. Travis produced a proven track record of industry accomplishments. He quickly became a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table and received a number of other industry and community awards. Travis eventually assumed a leadership role and achieved multiple management accolades. In 2007, Travis opened a new location and focused on building a production and sales team in Southern California. He relocated to Northern California and became a Managing Partner for Pacific Advisors.
Meryl is passionate about helping companies and their people embrace new ways of working and collaborating. As CEO and board member of FlexPaths, a workplace consultancy she co-founded in 2005, her mission is to help individuals, teams and leaders successfully transition to modern workspaces, inclusive work environments, and contemporary work practices to attract and retain next gen talent and clients. John has over 25 years experience in the financial services industry. Starting in 1991 with London Life as a field representative, John was a 4- time member of the century sales club selling over 100 life insurance and investment policies every year. In 2014, John was promoted to his current position as a distribution Regional Vice President for London Life/Freedom 55 Financial. Within Freedom 55, he is responsible for all financial centre operations within Ontario and Atlantic Canada.
